LOFT Community Services

Completion of a post-secondary education in Human Services, experience working with vulnerable individuals, and ability to manage crisis situations

3-5 years of experience in mental health and addiction sectors, degree/diploma in health care/social services, knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation principles and practices

Degree and/or diploma in Therapeutic Recreation or recreation with a therapeutic concentration, and minimum 2 years' experience working with vulnerable older adults and seniors

Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, experience working with vulnerable older adults, and first aid and CPR certification

A degree/diploma in social services or health care field, minimum three years related experience, proficient Oral and written in French Language

3+ years experience in social services/human services, completion of degree in social services/human services or equivalent, group counselling related to mental health, addictions, and related issues

1-year certificate in Human Services, Gerontology, or Personal Support Worker, First Aid and CPR training, and experience with unique special needs

2 years of experience working with the client population, relevant degree/diploma in human services, understanding of harm reduction and psychosocial rehabilitation principles

Bachelor's degree in social services/human services, 3+ years of experience in providing support to vulnerable seniors and older adults, and valid drivers' license

Must be a youth between 15-30 years old, Canadian citizen or permanent resident, and have a valid SIN
