Technical Recruiter

We’re looking for a technical recruiter who brings deep familiarity with the space or satellite industry and is excited to help Loft scale our mission solutions division.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for roles in the space, satellite, aerospace, or adjacent deep tech industries
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and terminology relevant to space hardware, satellite systems, and mission operations
