Job Description
We’re looking for a technical recruiter who is excited to level up how we hire software talent at Loft. You’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process - from sourcing to offer - for roles within our Cockpit software and adjacent teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Proven success hiring mid-to-senior level software engineers and technical candidates
- Prior experience hiring across a range of software engineering roles
- Strong understanding of software engineering roles, stacks, and terminology
- Experience recruiting globally
- Ability to pitch Loft’s mission and culture to high-caliber, passive candidates
- Skilled at building long-term relationships with candidates
- Experience conducting interviews and managing candidate communication through the full lifecycle
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever preferred)
