As an Operations Engineer at Logicalis, you will design, support and execute clients' digital transformation by uniting their vision with their technology expertise and industry insights.
Requirements
- Understand & familiarize with the process, practices and ITSM platform related to Support Operations
- Perform onsite/remote site surveys and/or inventory audit for selected customers
- Basic troubleshooting of issues and network problems
- Responsible for updating technical documentations for configuration changes made via helpdesks and/or managed services customers
- Work closely with various team of engineers for troubleshooting
