Job Description
As a QA Tech Lead - Backend, you will focus on coordinating quality assurance efforts across multiple business units, establishing standards and methodologies for automated testing, and driving their implementation through collaboration and guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar coordination-focused role, with at least 5 years in quality assurance or software testing
- Strong expertise in testing and analysing modern tech stacks, emphasizing web-based architectures
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards, agile methodologies, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python)
- Familiarity with modern software tools and frameworks used in web microservices development
