QA Tech Lead - (Backend)

As our backend QA Tech Lead, your primary emphasis will focus on coordinating quality assurance efforts across multiple business units, establishing standards, methodologies, and approaches for automated testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar coordination-focused role, with at least 5 years in quality assurance or software testing, ideally within web microservices environments.
• Strong expertise in testing and analysing modern tech stacks, emphasizing web-based architectures and the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python), with the capability to develop and maintain automated test suites, perform test data manipulation, and guide others in these practices.
• Exceptional mentoring and communication abilities, demonstrated through successful collaboration with developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders across multiple business units.
