Job Description
We are searching for a hands-on Engineering Manager who understands people, business, technology, and customers' needs. The job involves managing a team of engineers, improving process and code quality, and collaborating with other teams to build a world-class product.
Requirements
- Manage a team of engineers
- Ensure code quality, test automation, and continuous delivery
- Work closely with engineers to improve process and code quality
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and leadership to build a world-class product
- Promote the engineering team's growth and development technically and professionally
- Manage employee performance appraisal, monitoring time, and other personal matters
- Own team's delivery, performance management and people management aspect
- Participate, collaborate & contribute in quarterly planning and capacity planning
- Groom and mentor Members of Technical Staff in the area of Software Engineering, Communication and People Management
