We are looking for a midâsenior level Technical Support Engineer to support highâvalue enterprise customers in India, working primarily with LogRhythm SIEM.
Requirements
- Experience in a Technical Support Engineer / Customer Support Engineer role supporting enterprise software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a structured, methodical approach to problemâsolving.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, proxies).
- Handsâon experience supporting Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including querying and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple issues in a ticketâbased support environment.
