The Speech Pathologist provides advanced patient care including evaluations, goal setting, treatment planning, family training and the application of treatment techniques in accordance with designated practice act and department policy and procedure.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Nine months of experience in a medical speech pathology or rehabilitation setting
- Current Speech Pathology licensure
- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification
- Basic Life Support certification
- CCS-Paneled required if assigned to Pediatric Rehabilitation or fulfill CCS paneling requirements within twelve months from hire date
