We are looking for a Deskside Consultant to support our clients on-site in Edmonton, 15 mins SE of downtown. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills and provide an excellent customer experience, while building your experience and growing your career with Long View.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience, including experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Service Desk or Desktop Support Role
- Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Experience with Microsoft Office O365, Remote support, PC / printer hardware / VPN / Citrix, Active Directory
