Job Description
Long View is seeking a Senior Deskside Consultant to provide IT end-user support and troubleshooting for a client in downtown Victoria. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT support experience, including experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Desktop Support Role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT support experience
- Experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Desktop Support Role
- Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Experience with Microsoft Office O365, Remote support, PC/printer hardware/VPN/Citrix, Active Directory
