Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic and client-facing M365 Intune/SCCM Endpoint Consultant to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You'll design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft technologies, including Windows 11, SCCM, and Intune.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in deployment and support for SCCM, Intune, WSUS
- 5+ years of experience with Endpoint management software
- Experience in the delivery and management of enterprise mobility management software, including Intune or Ivanti, AirWatch
- Experience with Patch My PC, Ivanti or AirWatch
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, including the ability to communicate product benefits and unique service capabilities and offerings to IT and business leaders
- Ability to deliver OS Deployments, including technical knowledge of SCCM OSD, and, Windows 11, imaging
- Strong skills around Active Directory GPO, including configuration and security for, Windows 11, Scripting
- Proficiency with application deployment, application packaging/troubleshooting and application remediation
- Experience working with project teams and transitioning a service to operations
