We are looking for an energetic and motivated ServiceNow Solutions Architect to develop solutions that solve business challenges and create desired outcomes. You will work with clients to develop proposals, lead activities surrounding the ServiceNow Partner portal, and act as an escalation point for in-flight projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience working with ServiceNow design and architecture in a consulting or client-facing role
- Active and current ServiceNow sales and presales certifications
- 2+ ServiceNow technical certifications
- Experience working in a managed services provider environment – multi-tenancy and/or shared services model
- Proven experience of successfully selling ServiceNow solutions to small, mid, corporate, and enterprise market
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, mediation, and problem resolution skills
