Job Description
As a ServiceNow Architect at Houlihan Lokey, you will be a strategic leader and pivotal member of our product and platform organization, jointly accountable for driving significant customer and business outcomes within the ServiceNow domain. Your expertise will ensure that enterprise-wide solutions are technically sound, highly scalable, and aligned with long-term architectural standards.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience working within a product-operating model
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Business Stakeholders
- Expert-level knowledge and implementation experience across multiple core ServiceNow product lines
- Practical mastery of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and experience successfully driving CSDM adoption at an enterprise scale
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) in addition to the Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
