Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Maintenance Technician at Longhorn Village, a not-for-profit retirement community in Austin, TX. The Maintenance Technician will perform general/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment, as well as grounds maintenance.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required; graduate of accredited technical school preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on maintenance and/or mechanical experience.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
