Job Description
Longleaf Hospice and Palliative Care is a locally-owned hospice providing end-of-life care in Georgia. The PRN RN will assess patients, provide individualized care, and communicate with physicians to meet patient/caregiver needs. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, monitoring patient conditions, and providing health education.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in Georgia
- Current and continued CPR certification
- At least one or two years of recent home care experience; hospice experience highly preferred
- Good verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured automobile for home visits
