1-2 years of experience in home care, preferably in hospice care, required. Current RN license in GA and CPR certification required
Weekend RN, part-time
2 years of hospice experience and a valid driver’s license required
Weekend RN, part-time
2+ years hospice experience, valid RN license in GA, reliable vehicle for home visits
RN Case Manager - Stone Mountain/Clarkston/Tucker/Chamblee/Lilburn
RN license in Georgia, CPR certification, and 1-2 years of home care experience required
RN Case Manager - Decatur/East Atlanta
Current RN license in Georgia, CPR certification, 1-2 years of home care experience, and good communication skills
