The CMMS Coordinator II will manage complex administrative functions, support CMMS data change requests, and enforce training with CMMS processes. The role will involve work order management, CMMS administration, record and change management, calibration support, data quality control, system performance and integration, and user support and training.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 4-6 years experience in GMP environment or controlled systems and processes
- Proficient electronic knowledge
- Strong computer aptitude, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to rigidly enforce compliance to procedures and requirements
- Working knowledge in CMMS management. Experience with SAP PM preferred.
- Experience in a maintenance environment a plus.
