Lead Scientist - R&D Purification

This is a hands-on scientific role where you will drive innovation in downstream processing and contribute to the development of intensified, scalable purification solutions for biologics.

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in protein purification, including chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, HIC, mixed mode)
• Knowledge of downstream processing techniques such as TFF, UF/DF, and filtration operations
• Experience developing scalable purification processes for biologics (e.g. monoclonal or bispecific antibodies)
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw clear conclusions
• Ability to independently design experiments and apply scientific problem-solving approaches
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
