Job Description
This is an opportunity to shape growth, influence strategy, and work with leading Consumer Health & Nutrition brands. The Sales and Business Development Manager will drive expansion across Lonzaâs Consumer Health & Nutrition business by developing new opportunities and strengthening relationships in the DACH region.
Requirements
- BSc in a scientific field or equivalent relevant experience
- Business-fluent English and German
- 5â10 yearsâ experience in sales, business development, marketing or strategic planning within relevant industries
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the Consumer Health & Nutrition landscape
- Experience introducing new products or technologies to market (preferred)
- Knowledge of product life cycles and commercialisation processes
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or CDMO operations is an advantage
