Senior Formulation Scientist (Nutraceuticals)

Lead formulation trials and develop powders, liquids, and consumer-friendly dosage forms for nutraceutical and dietary supplement products. Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality and compliant product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years’ experience of formulation experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or related industries
• Experience with powders or consumer-friendly dosage forms such as gummies, chewables, or effervescents
• Strong understanding of GMPs, regulatory expectations, and ingredient compliance
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams
• Skilled in data analysis, technical documentation, and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
