Product Development & Regulatory Specialist - Food Supplements/Nutricosm

We are looking for a Product Development & Regulatory Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in the innovation and compliance of our collagen-based beauty and health food supplements across global markets. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone with a strong scientific background who enjoys working at the intersection of formulation, regulation, and product innovation.

Requirements

• Develop and support new product formulations across food supplement and nutraceutical categories.
• Contribute to the end-to-end development of new supplements, from initial concept and formulation through to manufacturing across multiple formats.
• Review and validate packaging artwork to ensure regulatory, nutritional, and scientific accuracy.
• Ensure labelling, packaging, and marketing claims comply with relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Prepare and support documentation for product notifications and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate stability testing plans and ingredient shelf-life assessments with laboratories and manufacturers.
• Monitor scientific literature and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and design, as well as external consultants and partners.
