Job Description
Join Lonza’s Development Services team in Slough and contribute to advancing innovative biopharmaceutical therapies as a Senior Scientist.
Requirements
- BSc (or higher) in a relevant scientific or technical discipline such as biotechnology, biochemistry, or cell biology.
- Advanced laboratory experience within biopharmaceutical process development or cell culture environments preferably mammalian.
- Experience designing experiments, analysing scientific data, and communicating results clearly in reports and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach to experimental challenges.
- Ability to plan and manage work across multiple projects while delivering results on time.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to engage with internal teams and customers.
