Job Description
Loop is hiring a Solutions Engineer to collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to provide clients with a seamless technical close and implementation experience. The role is responsible for complex workflow design and configuration, serving as a key point of contact for client implementations, designing/configuring data orchestration, and translating processes between the client’s system and Loop’s proprietary platform.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience within a SaaS or technology company environment
- 1-2 years of technical experience
- Ability to lead groups of people to meet critical goals
- Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities
- Ability to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows for implementations, create current and future state flows
