Solutions Engineer

At Miter, we’re on a mission to help construction contractors build with confidence. We’re using AI and embedded payments to rebuild the core HR, finance, and operations systems that underpin our physical economy. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with our Launch, Product, and Engineering teams to remove technical roadblocks and help customers launch and scale on Miter.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical implementation role
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations, with the ability to analyze and design data flows across multiple platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills across technical workflows and configurations
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Launch
• Calm under pressure with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions and comfort navigating ambiguity
