Agile Lead

We are seeking an Agile Lead to join our team in Toronto, Canada. The successful candidate will have experience in overall sprint or iteration outcome, good understanding of project architecture, and strong technical skills. They will be responsible for updating sprint tracker, conducting project risk identification, and assisting project manager in project coordination.

Requirements

• Experience in overall sprint or iteration outcome
• Good understanding of project architecture
• Experience in coding and unit testing
• Strong understanding of updating regular associates RAG, Amber, Green status
• Experience in updating sprint tracker with accurate information
• Experience in conducting project risk identification and mitigation action planning
• Experience in people management and technical management
• Experience in assisting project manager in project coordination/management
• Experience in reporting status with alarms, explanations, and solutions
• Experience in tracking and resolving issues
• Good understanding of Target - Zero surprises
