The Equipment Manager is responsible for supporting all equipment, apparel, and laundry operations across the club's First Team, Second Team, and Academy, as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year College or University preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role required, soccer or MLS experience preferred
- Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks at once with frequent changes and interruptions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and relationships with players and staff
- Team player who prioritizes team and player success over individual success
- Ability to serve as an extension of the club and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the match calendar requires
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport and be able to travel with the team as needed
- Ability to lift, transport, and manage heavy equipment loads as required
