Civil Project Manager

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Project Manager for our Building & Land Engineering Division in our Poughkeepsie, NY office. The Project Manager will oversee construction efforts to ensure that a project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

Requirements

• Identify prospective clients and arrange to make proposals
• Prepare proposal estimates of time and expenses required to complete projects
• Participate in presenting proposals to clients
• Participate in selecting the project team
• Determine major project design decisions
• Assign duties to the project team
• Maintain a close relationship with the client throughout project development and after completion
• Provide administrative supervision of assigned staff
• Ensure that work is performed safely
• Maintain full responsibility for project scope, schedule, and budget
