Civil Project Manager

Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Project Manager for our Building & Land Engineering Division in our Plainville or Groton, CT location. This position will provide managerial leadership and overall direction on projects.

Requirements

• Identify prospective clients and arrange to make proposals
• Prepare proposal estimates of time and expenses required to complete projects
• Participate in presenting proposals to clients
• Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with client and Project Officer
• Assign duties to the project team, answer questions, and monitor progress
• Maintain a close relationship with the client throughout project development and after completion
• Provide administrative supervision of assigned staff, including performance feedback and advancement recommendations
• Ensure that work is performed safely, in accordance with the firm’s safety policies and procedures
• Maintain full responsibility for project scope, schedule, and budget
