Financial Accountant

Support operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting across multiple entities. Hands-on role with ownership, building smart controls, and designing scalable systems. Ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS and US GAAP) and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Big 4 audit/advisory and in-house finance in a high-growth or tech environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, and experience with multi-entity structures and consolidation
• Experience supporting funding rounds or IPO readiness, including investor-grade financial reporting and due-diligence processes
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with AI-first tools and automated accounting workflows
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
