Job Description
Love, Bonito is seeking a Retail (Assistant) Store Manager to lead their team in Singapore, with a focus on team management, customer experience, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of retail experience, 3 years of team management experience, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
- 3 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house
- Customer-centric and enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
- Numerate and tech-savvy
- Good command of written and spoken English
