Join our Lovesac Retail Team as a Sales Associate and use your top ambition to create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience. Assist customers in designing our products to fit their style and space, and help them achieve their total comfort needs. Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
- Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience
- Must be able to travel to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
