Low Carbon is a renewable energy company that creates large-scale renewable energy to fight climate change. We're looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead our total rewards strategy, compensation, benefits, and long-term incentives.

Requirements

• Significant experience with Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Financial acumen
• Experience managing payroll process
• Governance interface with RemCo and board-level stakeholders
• Understanding of Reward frameworks
