Administrative Assistant (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital & Intellectual Property)

Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital & Intellectual Property practices, including CRM database management, drafting and proofreading internal communications, and general clerical work.

Requirements

• Two year college degree or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Proficient with Zoom platform
• Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information with appropriate discretion
