Job Description
Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a collaborative and strategic leader to manage and develop the corporate paralegal team. The Corporate Paralegal Manager will oversee the administrative, operational, and professional management of the Corporate Paralegals.
Requirements
- Management of the corporate paralegal team
- Staffing, workload distribution, attendance, and utilization
- Partner with attorneys and practice leadership to assess staffing needs
- Monitor workloads and capacity to maintain an equitable distribution of assignments
- Coordinate performance evaluations, prepare compensation recommendations, and deliver ongoing feedback and coaching
- Develop and implement training, professional development, and cross-training initiatives
- Develop and manage onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support professional growth, performance, and engagement
- Manage timekeeping and payroll administration
- Serve as a liaison between the corporate paralegal team and firm leadership
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, procedures, and best practices
- Identify and implement process improvements, workflow enhancements, and technology solutions
