Job Description
Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Paralegal, Corporate to support attorneys in complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, securities, debt/finance and general corporate governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, DocuSign, and deal management software (such as Carta, Pulley, AngelList, ShareWorks)
- Familiarity with Blue Sky compliance, UCC filings, and SEC reporting
