Job Description
The Trademark Docket Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely management of trademark, domain name, and related IP docketing matters in the Firm’s docketing system.
Requirements
- Review, analyze, and process official correspondence from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), international authorities, and foreign agents.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate docket records in the CPi docketing platform for trademarks, domain names, customs recordations, and copyrights.
- Conduct global reviews of docket records; generate and distribute deadline reminders, docket reports, and client portfolio reports as needed.
