TLC Program Coordinator

The TLC Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing cohort-based programming that supports the engagement, retention, and success of TLC students. The role provides leadership in promoting a sense of belonging among program participants and collaborates with campus partners on programming designed to enhance student engagement and success.

Requirements

• Typically, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of higher education, leadership development, programming, and multicultural education experience in progressively responsible positions
• Demonstrated experience supervising student or para-professional staff
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated computer competency and proficiency using Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
