Job Description
Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring compliance with Company procedures and policies, maintaining Quality Manual and Operating Procedures, and leading quality audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience with quality systems pertaining to the manufacturing of Valves
- Detailed knowledge of industry codes and standards, including API, ANSI / ASME, DNV, and NACE
- Leadership/supervisory experience combined with a high degree of professionalism
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Skilled use of PC software tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Commitment to quality and workplace health & safety above all else
- Ability to work in fast paced team environment
- Strong Communication skills with good oral/written skills
- Willingness to get out on floor and learn the product and work to solve problems as they occur
