General Counsel Americas

We're looking for a dynamic and commercially astute General Counsel AMERICAS to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial legal team, providing expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of commercial matters, in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment. This role can be based in New York, New Jersey, or Houston, and is hybrid with three days in the office.

Requirements

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Managing litigation and overseeing external counsel
• Supporting internal investigations and risk and compliance initiatives
• Providing legal input during acquisition onboarding and supporting global insurance programme
• Offering pragmatic legal advice to senior stakeholders
