Job Description
Full cycle accounts payable including scanning, coding, and payment of invoices with a focus on customer service and organization.
Requirements
- Scanning and coding of invoices
- Answering all vendor inquiries
- Preparing analysis of accounts when required
- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Reviewing and verifying invoices in the AVID & MRI system
- Resolving disputed items in AVID
- Managing escalated invoices
- Selecting invoices for payment and preparing preview report
- Mail out vendor payments
- Posting manual checks when applicable
- Working on special projects
