Appointment Setter/Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist / Appointment Setter to handle B2B outbound sales calls, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. This role is fully remote and focused on introducing commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, friendly tone and convincing delivery.
• A warm, persuasive, and pleasant personality
• Experienced in using CRM systems.
• Maintains professionalism and a client-focused mindset during interactions.
• Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
• Able to work independently, manage time well, and meet targets.
• Must be open to feedback and teamwork.
