Job Description
Deliver highest quality customer service to members and guests accessing the outdoor pool, meet their needs, and answer questions. Provide professional greetings, maintain accounts, and be knowledgeable about Life Time products and services.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
