Pool Concierge

The Pool Concierge delivers high-quality customer service to members and guests accessing the outdoor pool through professional greetings, account maintenance, and knowledge of Life Time products and services.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
• Ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
