APAC Process Technology Senior Engineer

Drive the advancement of Estane business objectives by overseeing the pilot line run and transition of new product developments into commercial production. Innovate and implement Lubrizol's Most Effective Technology (MET) to enhance processes. Utilize Process Technology to achieve continuous improvements in the Estane TPU manufacturing operations in APAC.

Requirements

• Advanced education degree in chemical engineering, Polymer materials and Engineering or other related majors.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Chemical or Polymer industry, with a focused experience on process optimization/development and product technology development.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD, MATAB) and data statistical analysis using Minitab is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both oral and written English to collaborate effectively across global/regional teams.
• Strategic vision to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on process optimization opportunities.
