The Benefits Administration Manager role will oversee administration of employee benefits and leave programs, lead the Benefits Center team, and develop procedures and documentation for benefits and leave processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave administration, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefits and federal, state, and local leave laws (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Strong leadership, people management, and staff development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience preferred
