As a Benefits Administration Specialist, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. The role involves administering and supporting employee leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, PTO, sick leave, short- and long-term disability, state-sponsored leave programs, workers' compensation coordination, and other company-sponsored leave of absence benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional level HR experience, preferably in leave management or benefits administration.
- Experience working in a shared services/customer service environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, including FMLA and ADA.
- Experience using HRIS and absence management systems (Workday experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform audits, reporting, and data reconciliation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational, time management, and critical-thinking skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
