Marketing Manager - Surface Sciences IMEA

The marketing manager supports Lubrizol by developing and executing regional marketing strategies and campaigns that align with commercial, strategic marketing and sales teams to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelors in marketing, communications, or equivalent from an accredited university or a technical discipline with marketing focus, or relevant equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications and project management in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
• Fluent in English and proven ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Experience building and executing traditional and digital marcom plans (within budget) that drive business results
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders and building outstanding customer relationships
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential. Must be able to influence cross-functional teams, present ideas clearly to diverse audiences and translate technical content into compelling marketing messaging.
• Strong writing skills across communications media, including ability to translate technical content into marketing messaging
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends and the ability to develop and influence new marketing concepts and techniques
• Able to effectively manage a variety of projects and timelines simultaneously
• Ability to travel (up to 20%)
