Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Computer-Controls
- Over eight years of experience in developing and implementing new manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Experience with mechanical design of manual fixtures and semi-automatic tooling
- Solid modeling experience using Inventor or SolidWorks (or similar design software)
- Strong mechanical and controls aptitude and hand-on experience building fixtures
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
