Service Technician, Oceanside

Lucid Motors is a luxury electric vehicle manufacturer that is leading the future in sustainable transportation. We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team, responsible for traveling to client locations and diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles in the field. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties
• Work directly with clients to provide a high level of customer experience
• Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all customer vehicle interactions
• Maintain a high knowledge level of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general Electric Vehicle (EV) systems
• Perform customer service duties such as answer phones, scheduling appointments, and calling customers to update them on repair status
• Review appointment schedule to plan travel time and visit duration for mobile services
• Provide support at Service Center based on demand
• Ability to travel in assigned territory and other service locations
